Text Messaging Terms

The program

Marble Mechanics sends text messages about our customers' stone restoration projects from our business number, 813-471-5612. These are project texts: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, rescheduling notices and updates on your project or service. We do not send promotional messages.

How you join

We text only customers who agree to it. We ask during a project consultation or a phone conversation and record your agreement in our customer records. Giving us your phone number, sending the estimate form or asking for a quote does not by itself sign you up.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire Marble Mechanics without agreeing to texts, and we will reach you by phone or email instead.

How often we text

Message frequency varies according to your project. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming it, and none after that.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• To start receiving texts again, tell us by phone or email.
